1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Products & Custom Orders

All products are made to order.

Customized products are created based on customer-provided designs or approved previews.

Once a design is approved and the order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Minor variations in color or print may occur due to screen/display differences.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before processing unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected (if available).

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

In case of COD orders, repeated refusals may lead to account restrictions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Chloia is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns and replacements are governed by our Return & Replacement Policy.

Valid unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or wrong product claims.

Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, images, designs, text) belongs to Chloia and may not be used without permission.

Customer-submitted designs remain the property of the customer. By submitting, you grant us permission to use them for production purposes.

7. User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing correct contact details, shipping address, and phone model information.

Chloia is not liable for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Chloia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website usage.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
