Return & Replacement Policy — Chloia

Effective Date: 27th Feb 2026

At Chloia, all products are made to order. Therefore, returns and replacements are accepted only under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 2 days, if:

The product is damaged or defective, and you provide a complete unboxing video from sealed packaging (without cuts or edits).

You received the wrong product, model, or design, supported by a complete unboxing video.

We do not accept returns or replacements if:

You do not like the color, design, or finish.

You ordered the wrong model.

There are minor color variations due to screen/display differences.

The product is customized as per your approved design.

No valid unboxing video is provided.

2. Reporting Timeline

All issues must be reported within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.

Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Clear photos

Full unboxing video

Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.

If approved, return instructions will be shared.

Replacement will be processed after verification, once the request is approve the product will be delivered within 5 working days.

4. Refunds

Refunds are provided only if a replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
