Shipping policy

1. Processing Time Orders are processed **Monday to Friday** (excluding public holidays).
If your order is placed  after 3:00 PM, processing will begin the next working day.
Standard processing time: up to 5 working days from the date of order placement.

 Day 1: Order placed
 Day 2–4: Product procurement, printing & quality check
 Day 5: Dispatch
 Processing time may extend if your selected model/design is not immediately available — we will contact you in such cases.

2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, delivery within India usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location and courier partner timelines. 

Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India (unless otherwise stated during promotions).
Cash on Delivery Orders : Additional COD handling charges may apply, displayed at checkout.

4. Working Days

Monday – Friday are considered working days.
Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are non-working days and not included in processing/shipping time calculations.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp with a tracking number and courier details.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier’s website.

6. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delays.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
